Section 1: Chassis

Box structure:
The frame of the unit should use a steel frame. The unit casing should be assembled in the factory when transportation conditions permit, otherwise it should be transported to the site for assembly and commissioning with the minimum assembly quantity. The strength of the box structure should meet the requirements of Class 2A of the European EN1886:1998 standard. The design of the box should prevent cold bridging, and its thermal insulation rate should be above 0.7.

Box material:
The material of the box panel is 25mm ([Option]: 50mm) thick insulation board, with an outer layer made of 1mm cold-rolled steel plate and an inner layer made of 0.7mm galvanized steel plate (50mm thick insulation board: outer layer made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate, inner layer made of 1mm galvanized steel plate). Fill the middle with fiberglass insulation cotton, Class A non combustible ([option]: polyurethane foam). The gaps, corners, and joints of the box should be sealed with sealing materials. After the insulation layer is completed, it should be ensured that the insulation material is not exposed to the airflow. The unit panel and unit frame are sealed with a 5mm gasket, which has good sealing performance and no air leakage.

Inspection door:
The unit should be equipped with maintenance doors that allow easy access to the interior of the unit. The maintenance door should be made of plastic steel material, with sealing material added to the door edge, and fixed to the unit with a clamping handwheel. The maintenance door should be equipped with a door opening and closing sensor. When the maintenance door is opened, the unit should not be able to start.

Surface treatment:
The surface of the unit panel should be first coated with anti rust primer, and then treated with epoxy paint to ensure that the unit will not corrode or rust for ten years when placed outdoors. The appearance color of the crew is determined by the color code provided by the customer, and Yingfei defaults to gray white. The appearance of the unit should be free of sagging, unevenness, and other phenomena.

[Optional]: Rain cover and rain roof (optional for indoor units; standard accessory for outdoor units)
The entrance should be equipped with a 45 degree rain cover, and the air inlet area of the rain cover should be larger than the air inlet area of the unit. The material should be steel plate, and the surface should be first coated with anti rust primer and then painted. Regardless of changes in wind direction and wind strength, it is ensured that rainwater cannot enter the unit. The air inlet should be equipped with a protective net to prevent foreign objects from entering the unit. The rainproof ceiling should have a certain slope, and the joints should be overlapped to quickly remove rainwater and snow. The ceiling should have a certain wind resistance.

Section 2: Burner

1. The ignition system should include but not limited to the following configurations: an ignition solenoid valve, ignition gas supply pipeline, and flame detection rod. The ignition system controls the main combustion system. It should be able to ensure: (1) ignite the flame of the main combustion system; (2) When the flame detection rod does not detect a flame, the main gas pipeline will not be opened; (3) After the main combustion system is ignited, the ignition system stops working, and the flame detection rod continues to monitor the combustion situation of the main combustion system.

2. Main combustion system: It should be able to meet the designed heating capacity of the unit, ensure uninterrupted combustion after ignition, and adjust the gas supply according to external signals to change the heating capacity. It should include but not limited to the following configurations: manual shut-off valve, release solenoid valve, quick shut-off valve, gas flow regulating valve, high pressure protection switch, low pressure protection switch, etc.

Burner form:
The burner should be of direct combustion type, and the combustion amount should be adjustable within the range of 0-100% of the total heating amount. The burner manifold should be made of cast iron and equipped with a V-shaped perforated stainless steel mixing plate. Burners should be connected in parallel to meet the heating requirements. The burner should be equipped with a bypass air valve to adjust the wind speed passing through the burner according to actual working conditions. At any time during system operation, the flame on the burner must cover the entire length of the burner. The maximum CO content generated by its combustion is not more than 5 PPM (parts per million), and the nitrogen oxide content is not more than 0.5 PPM, which meets the standards of the United States and European countries.

Burner structure:
The burner should consist of two parts: the ignition system and the main combustion system.

Electrical control box
The side of the burner should be equipped with a control box, which should have control circuits installed inside and undergo factory installation testing. The control box should include flame sensors, high temperature protectors, interlock reset switches with indicator lights, air pressure differential switches, burner control relays, and ignition controllers, and provide combustion sequence logic and safety monitoring functions. They should be installed, wired, and tested in the factory.

[Option]: Remote electrical control box:
The outdoor installation unit can choose a remote control box for easy control of the unit. It should include: a three in one switch, a reset button, a power switch, a filter blockage indicator light, a manual reset light, a fan operation indicator light, an ignition indicator light, and a manual temperature regulator.

Section 3: Fan Section:

The fan should use a dual inlet centrifugal fan, and the inlet of the impeller should be closely matched with the inlet Venturi tube of the fan impeller. The connection between the fan and the unit should be equipped with shock absorbers.

The fan bearings should use lubricated cast iron seat bearings with a service life rating of 80000 hours according to the American Bearing Manufacturers Association L-10 standard.

The motor should be a 380V 50Hz 3-phase, standard sized squirrel cage induction motor with a protection level of IP54, insulation level of CLASS F, and temperature rise level of B. The motor must be equipped with an adjustable base for on-site adjustment of the tightness of the belt. The rated power of the motor should be at least 120% of the actual shaft power of the fan impeller to ensure safe and reliable operation of the unit when the system pressure changes.

The driving mechanism should adopt a V-belt transmission method, and the belt should use heat-resistant SPA, SPB or SPZ models. The pulley should be equipped with a cone sleeve and a set screw for quick installation and disassembly. The driving mechanism should be selected according to 150% of the maximum transmission power of the fan that can withstand it.

Section 4: Filtering Section

The initial filtration of the unit should use a standard plate type pleated filter, and the filtering material should be non-woven material. The G4 level filtration efficiency is 25% to 30% [ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers) 52/76].

[Optional]: Bag air filters with filtration grades F5 to F9 should be used for medium efficiency filtration in the unit, with a filtration efficiency of 40% -95% [(ASHRAE 52/76) (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers) 52/76].

The above-mentioned filters should be installed inside the unit through brackets and ensure appropriate strength, and ensure that the filters can be replaced from the front or side.
