Axial flow gun barrel fan is a new generation of energy-saving mobile air cooling device independently developed by our technical personnel by drawing on advanced foreign technology. It is used for cooling equipment of rotary kiln barrels or other rotary kilns in cement plants, and can also be used in motion cooling process systems or production lines, directly replacing traditional T30 and T35 modified barrel cooling fans.
The fan is required to transport gas without corrosion, self ignition, explosion, volatilization, corrosion, or viscous substances. The temperature should not exceed 120 ℃, and the content of dust and hard particles should not exceed 150mg/m3. If there are special components, they should be indicated.
The fan consists of a small car, a bracket, a fan, a direction adjustment device, an air duct, and a nozzle.
The fan consists of a main air duct, impeller assembly, impeller adjustment ring, impeller cover, splitter, air inlet combination, tail cover, and Y2 series motor.
