Function: When a fire occurs, the internal electric actuator will open the air vent, and the temperature and smoke sensing or manual fire alarm will be activated. The positive pressure fan at the top of the tower will automatically open to pressurize the air supply shaft. The front room of the staircase will continuously supply air to the front room through the positive pressure air vent, maintaining positive pressure in the front room and ensuring that smoke does not spread in this area, providing space for people to escape. When the temperature exceeds 280 ° C, there is no possibility for people to escape. The internal fuse will melt, and the air vent will automatically close to prevent the spread of fire.

Application: According to the National Code for Fire Protection and Smoke Exhaust Design of High rise Buildings, independent mechanical smoke exhaust systems should be installed in the following areas

1. Smoke proof staircases, fire elevator lobbies, or shared lobbies that do not have natural smoke exhaust conditions.

2. The smoke proof staircase with natural smoke exhaust does not have a front room with natural smoke exhaust.

3. A closed refuge layer.
