1.1 SJG type diagonal flow fan adopts a drum shaped air duct to change the direction of airflow to achieve diagonal flow, and has the characteristics of high centrifugal pressure coefficient and high axial flow coefficient. It has the advantages of low noise, high efficiency, and compact structure.

1.2. The fan is divided into 10 specifications of 200~800mm according to the machine number, with an air volume of 200~25000m3/h and a total pressure of 50~1200Pa. According to the speed regulation method, it can be divided into single speed and variable frequency (the fan motor adopts a variable frequency motor, equipped with a variable frequency controller, and implements variable frequency speed regulation to meet the needs of different working conditions. It is recommended to adjust the frequency and lock it at 25Hz~50Hz)

1.3. To meet the requirements of noise in different places, fans can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths.

5、 Product processing technology

5.1. The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, the blades are hydraulically formed after stamping, and the blades are welded and assembled with the hub. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.

5.2. The outer flange is made by integral spinning and flanging.
