Combination air handling unit, with various functional sections that can be designed freely, has a large processing air volume, and the outlet air temperature can meet any design requirements.

Each functional section includes: mixing section, initial filtration section, medium filtration section, pre cooling section, preheating section, water washing section, refrigeration section, heating section, fan section, diffuser section, high-efficiency filtration section, humidification section, and air supply section. The above sections can be combined and designed freely for customer convenience.

Characteristic introduction:

This series of air handling units is made of PU foam box board as the storage board, and the base is made of channel steel or steel. The corners of the box are decorated with arc-shaped aluminum decorative strips to break through the singularity of traditional air conditioning equipment appearance. The air volume of the unit can be combined from 3400CMH to 200000CMH at will. Energy can be designed from 5KW to 1800KW depending on the environment.

Material Introduction:

Box body: The box body adopts an aluminum alloy frame, matched with polyurethane flame-retardant color steel plate SUS、 Galvanized sheet, etc. The thickness of the box board can be divided into 30mm and 50mm.

Water tray: Made of galvanized sheet metal, it is a built-in integrated type.

Fan: Adopting a dual inlet centrifugal fan.

Coil: Copper tube is a 5/8 or 4/8OD copper tube. The fins can be made of hydrophilic aluminum foil.

Heating devices can be divided into electric heating and coil heating The humidifier can adopt disk humidification, electrode humidification, high-pressure spray humidification, water washing humidification, etc. Scope of application:

Industrial plants, hotels, office buildings, large supermarkets, stations, sports arenas, exhibition halls, and more.

Function Introduction:

This unit has functions such as refrigeration, heating, filtration, disinfection and sterilization, dehumidification, humidification, ventilation, and supplementary fresh air.
