High efficiency and low noise: This fan adopts advanced CAD software and has been designed and developed through multi-objective optimization.

Lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant: The fan impeller can be made of different materials according to the corrosiveness of the working medium, including ABS (engineering plastic), FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), and aluminum alloy sheet. For centrifugal fans with high pressure requirements and high fan speeds, the impeller surface is treated with special galvanizing and spray corrosion treatment, which not only reduces the overall weight of the machine, but also has good corrosion resistance.

Balanced operation and long lifespan: This fan has low rotational inertia, high dynamic balance accuracy, smooth operation, and all performance indicators meet higher requirements than the fan industry standards in the factory's internal control standards, ensuring long-term stable operation of the fan.

Wide range of applications: the fan can be manufactured into explosion-proof and anti-corrosion types according to the use requirements, and is suitable for anti-aging pumping, discharging flammable, explosive and corrosive gases.

Beautiful appearance: The hood components of this fan are made of fiberglass, and the exterior is made of imported rubber coating resin film. The surface is excessively soft, beautiful and generous, with strong practicality. The steel hood can also be made according to user requirements and treated with galvanized spray coating (PVC).

Usage conditions: The medium temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, excessive viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the water content and dust content should not exceed 100mg/m3. For situations where the medium temperature is high.

This product has been tested and qualified by the National Compressor Refrigeration Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The testing items include air volume, air pressure, flame retardancy, conductivity, explosion-proof, wind resistance, etc. It is supervised by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China.
