Characteristics and Applications

The 4-79 centrifugal fan is used for general ventilation and air exchange. As an indoor ventilation system for general factories and large buildings. It can be used as both input gas and output gas. The gas transported should be air and other non self igniting, harmless to the human body, and non corrosive to steel materials. The gas does not contain viscous substances, and the amount of dust and hard particles does not exceed 150mg/m3. The gas temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.

F4-79 is an anti-corrosion centrifugal fan used for transporting corrosive gases. It can be made of materials such as fiberglass or steel plate rotational molding, stainless steel, etc.

B4-79 is an explosion-proof centrifugal fan used for transporting flammable and explosive gases, equipped with an explosion-proof motor, cast aluminum impeller, or non-metallic materials.

FB4-79 is an anti-corrosion and explosion-proof centrifugal fan used for transporting corrosive and flammable gases.

The 4-79 centrifugal fan can be made in two types: right-handed and left-handed. The transmission modes of the fan are A, C, and E. Type A is used for 6 # and below, while Type C is generally used for 7~20 # for exhaust purposes. If required for air supply, Type E transmission can be made according to customer requirements.

The transmission mode of the 4-2 × 79 centrifugal fan is E-type.

structure

The 4-79 type fans with machine number 6 and below mainly consist of impellers, casings, air inlets, and other parts equipped with direct connected motors. For fans with machine number 7 and above, in addition to the above parts, there is also a transmission part.

(1) Impeller: It is composed of a backward inclined circular arc thin plate blade, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate. All are made of steel and have undergone static and dynamic balance correction, with excellent air performance, high efficiency, and stable and reliable operation.

(2) Chassis: It can be made in two different types, with 12 # and below being made as a whole, and 14 # and above being made as two open types, connected by bolts.

(3) Air inlet: The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, installed on the side of the fan, with a curved cross-section parallel to the axial direction, which can allow gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.

(4) Transmission group: The transmission part consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, rolling bearings, and pulleys.
